Shipping Policy

Where we ship from. All orders ship from Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Processing time. Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic shipping (United States). We ship via UPS and USPS. At checkout, you'll see real-time rate and delivery estimates based on your location — standard and expedited options are available. Delivery typically ranges from 3–6 business days depending on your location and the service selected.

International shipping  We ship internationally via DHL and USPS. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. International orders generally arrive within 7–21 business days. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves Jackson Hole.
